Over the past 45 years I have engaged in a broad litigation practice which includes close to 100 jury trials along with bench trials in multiple counties in the State of Texas. That experience included Workers Compensation and Auto Liability in the early years of my practice which segued into serious loss liability including Lender Liability, Product Liability, Contractual Liability, Oilfield and Petrochemical Liability, Premise Liability, Church Liability, as well as other areas of liability including, but not limited to Negligence, Gross Negligence, Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury, Property Damage, Construction Defects, and Professional Liability. In the course of handling this diversified litigation, I also had the opportunity to represent my clients in hundreds of mediations. In addition, I completed the 40-hour AA White Dispute Resolution Course at the University of Houston Law Center in 2008.
I am board certified in Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I am also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate.
